A Small Office with 10 Users or Less
Sufficient to cover all your office IT needs
  • Office Network Service (LAN, WAN, Intranet, Internet, etc.)

    Ensure connectivity of routers, switches, firewalls, etc.

  • Server Service (1 Windows Server or Linux Server or VM)

    Perform server administrative work, check system logs, install and apply patches & updates, add/delete users, etc.

  • Antivirus Service

    Scan and remove virus and malware

  • Backup and Disaster Recovery

    Perform backup of servers (physical or virtual machines) and users' data

    check up backup status every week, making sure the planned backups are successful

  • Email Service

    POP3, IMAP & SMTP

  • Monthly Service Report

    with all service details and logs

  • Service Hours and More Discount

    Including 8 fixed service hours. Up to 25% discount for each additional service hour

  • 2 Servers (Windows Server or Linux Server or VMs)

    Perform server administrative work, check system logs, install and apply patches & updates, add/delete users, etc.

  • Antivirus Service

    Scan and remove virus and malware

    Set up Centralized Antivirus system and check the antivirus/antispam status of servers and workstations

  • Backup and Disaster Recovery

    Perform backup of servers (physical or virtual machines) and users' data

  • Email Service

    Email Service (POP3, IMAP & SMTP), Email Server such as MS Exchange Server if any

  • Monthly Service Report

    with all Service details and logs

  • Fixed service Hours and More Discount

    Including 12 fixed service hours. Up to 30% discount is available for each additional service hour
